We extract wall runs, stud counts, plates, headers, beams, posts, sheathing, and hardware from the structural set, then organize the BOM by size, section, and scope. We also call out exclusions, by-others items, and plan ambiguities before delivery.

Wall framing only? Scope can be limited to wall framing, with floors and roof by others. The lists carry a note saying so, and the floor and roof items are left out rather than counted twice.
