Vectrai is our plan-processing engine. It reads your structural PDFs, classifies every page (floor plans, foundation plans, structural notes, schedules), extracts wall dimensions and hardware callouts, and structures the output for ordering — not just estimating.

What it does

Intake — Your plan set is organized automatically. Structural pages are identified, non-structural sheets are filtered out, and missing or unclear items are flagged before work starts.

Extraction — Wall runs, stud counts, plate footage, headers, Simpson hardware, and sheathing are pulled from your drawings and grouped by floor level and building section.

Quality checks — Conflicts between drawings and schedules, missing callouts, and ambiguous dimensions are caught and listed as open items. Anything we can't verify from the plans is called out — your team decides, not us.

Delivery — Clean spreadsheet with quantities grouped for ordering, scope notes documenting what's included and excluded, and a flagged items list for anything that needs your input.

What makes this different
