Our approach
We do one thing: lumber takeoffs built for ordering. Not ballpark estimates, not napkin math — detailed, line-item quantities you can hand to your lumber yard and say “order this.”
Every plan set goes through the same process. We extract wall dimensions, stud counts, plate runs, headers, and hardware from your structural drawings. We break everything out by lumber size and building section. And we tell you exactly what’s included, what’s excluded, and what was ambiguous in the plans — before you order, not after.
We’re a small team based in Roseville, CA. You’ll hear back within one business day, get your takeoff quickly, and talk to the same person from start to finish.
